Kenneth D. Narod
Kenneth D. Narod was responsible for driving strategic growth programs focused on incremental growth to the electrical construction segment. Responsibilities included sales leadership to a team of Strategic & National Account Managers supporting sales to large national/regional contractors, multi-site retail customers, as well as key industry associations in support of Eaton’s complete line of electrical products & solutions.
Formerly as Director, Government Sales & Solutions he was responsible for Eaton’s Electrical Sector, Americas Region focused effort to profitably grow business to government agencies and to the DoD.
In a prior role as Vice President, Channel for Eaton’s Electrical Sector, Americas Region, he was responsible for Eaton’s go to market strategies as well as the development and implementation of an integrated channel strategy across the North America Sales organization. In addition to wholesale and retail channels to market, Narod also was responsible for the regions Federal, Utility, and Construction sales and channels to market. Prior to joining Eaton, he owned and operated an Electrical Contracting business and although currently inactive, is a licensed NJ Electrical Contractor. Narod also serves as an Industry Advisor for the Union County Vocational Technical Schools electrical program.
Throughout his 37 year tenure with Eaton, Narod held numerous field sales leadership, channel management, and segment director positions. Recognized as a seasoned sales professional, he has a proven track record and has been a consistent top performer in technical sales, sales leadership, and channel management.

Sue spent the majority of her 40+-year career at a major NYC environmental consulting firm, where she managed infrastructure projects for public sector agencies throughout the NY-NJ metropolitan area. She also oversaw the firm’s NE Region Marketing Department, where she was responsible for preparing proposals, developing brochures, and managing the corporate website. In addition to marketing, she has a deep knowledge of public/governmental contracting, and can help negotiate this complex process.
Dave was with IBM for 39 years. Most of his career was spent in sales and marketing, including developing and implementing strategies, collateral creation, advertising, and web and direct marketing. He has trained educators, employees, and clients, and pioneered innovative web-based sales education in several languages.
Albert Angel was a lawyer and then senior executive at a major pharmaceutical company working in the US and located for a number of years in London. He is experienced in business and strategic planning, communications and starting and managing non-profits.
Mr. Bendre has had extensive experience — a) 22 years in charge of International Trade Finance with Import/Export companies dealing in ready made garments & visited H.K., China, Korea, Taiwan, Bangladesh & India. Set up H.K. & China offices. b) 5 years in charge of New York office of London based import & export company. c) 15 years with a leading nationalized Indian bank heading Import/Export & foreign exchange department & Manager of London U,K, branch, d) 4 years as lecturer in Economics.
Mr. Berek’s’s professional background is in the publishing industry and education, especially persons with special needs. Dan currently works for Advancing Opportunities, a social service agency that serves people with all disabilities in New Jersey. He holds a position as Communication Specialist at Advancing Opportunities, enhancing the organization’s social media presence, as well as Family Support Specialist, serving the agency’s clients directly.

Mr. Greenbaum has had 40 years experience owning his own Bakery Equipment company and after selling his company had a second career as a financial planner.

Mr. Newnham has held senior executive positions at leading small and mid-cap consumer firms including Mitsui Foods Inc., B. Manischewitz Co., Tsumura International, Lea & Perrins, Wilkinson Sword, and Adirondack Beverages, and served as Vice-Chairman of The Steak-Umm Co. Inc. He has been a Director on the Boards of several NYSE and NASDAQ companies.
Mr. Newnham was most recently the President/CEO of Mitsui Foods Inc., In this capacity he grew the business in two years from $150 million to $800 million through acquisitions and corporate roll-ups.
Mr. Newnham was previously the President and CEO of B. Manischewitz Co., He led the transformation of this company from niche to mainstream positioning, increased sales by 40%, and acquired two branded food businesses, Season Products and Guiltless Gourmet.
At Lea & Perrins Inc., Mr. Newnham served as Chairman and President, and led the company through 11 years of uninterrupted growth and profitability, launched several successful new products and line extensions, launched innovative and award winning television advertising to support the brand, and increased market share for Worcestershire Sauce from 33% to 40%.
Mr. Rogers is an expert in growing small and large businesses, and solving business problems. Experience includes 10 years in finance, 12 years in marketing and sales, 10 years in operations, and 10 years in executive management. Until Nov. 2011, EVP and Group President for Tetra Tech (NASDAQ), duties included running the full service engineering and construction business, revenues – $1 Billion, also CEO of Tetra Tech EC, revenues $650 Million.
